Julie Nguyen & Yoran Brault, co-fondateurs de TipStuff
We are a small family living east of Paris, happy parents of a 6 year old mini-monster.
In high school, we met around a common passion for computers and networks - even if at the time it was more about Minitel than the Internet (!). This is probably the reason why after our studies, we chose to work in the Information Technology sector - software development for Yoran, and information system consulting for Julie.
With the arrival of Mini-monster, we discovered that being parents today and leading a professional activity is like running a daily marathon to do everything on time: shopping, meals, pediatrician appointments, travel, customer meetings, etc.. Despite all our efforts to organize this chaos, it regularly ended up in a "crisis cell" at home with its share of remarks like: "You didn't get my message?" "Why did you stick an appointment at that time?" "Don't tell me you zapped?!" "Raaah s...., I (again) forgot that thing !".
To put an end to these domestic crises, here is how the idea of TipStuff was born: an app with all the necessary functions to organize easily in family, to divide the tasks, and to forget nothing more because one has under the hand all the important information of the home. In the subway, Julie updates the list of groceries that Yoran can buy when she leaves the office. Everyone knows what to do this week, what actions are due to him, and we can organize ourselves accordingly.
There are still many more features we want to add to make this app 100% useful and effective for all families - and we count on your ideas to achieve the goal!
But in the meantime, things are already (a little) better: we managed to find some free time, which allows Yoran to cook Bo Buns and nems during the weekend, and Julie to take up sport again. :-)
